Don't Date Him Girl creator sued

The creator of Don't Date Him Girl, Tasha C Joseph, has been sued for defamation.  Attorney Todd J Hollis sued because he contends two Pittsburgh-area women and other anonymous users posted items about him on Don't Date Him Girl in which they claim he is unfaithful, among other things.  Hollis' suit contends Joseph "conspired with disingenuous people whose only agenda is to attack the character of those individuals who have been identified on the site."  In his defence, Joseph claims any man can post a rebuttal on the site.

I am on that site and I cant get on for the life of me. I have my IP address is banned and I have sent them 5 emails asking why and I dont get any return emails. Friends of mine have also tried loggin on and they get the same thing

I think this web site is some BS!! My name was put on this site by a woman I haven't had any contact with in 5 years, she has found out I'm married and posted things about me and also put my wife's whole name on this site, Ms. Joseph said that Men can do a rebuttal but thats a lie to, I've sent E-mails to this site and they want give me an account!!! This tells you something about this site!!!

I have also fallen victim to this site. I stopped dating a girl and she said some mean things to me and I said things back, which I guess got to her. In return she went on this site and said I had std's and that I'm a liar and a cheater. This is CLEARLY defamation and unacceptable. My last name is up there too and that is unfair to my family and also could one day stand in the way of my career goals. Something needs to be done. Also, the site will NOT let me post my defense either. I have emailed them numberous times and so have friends of mine.

We should all remember that WORDS can
hurt even more than FISTS. And once spoken, somethings can not be taken back or apologized for.

I was blasted on this site by my ex business partner who posed as an ex girlfriend. When my women friends came to my defense and tried to post an opposing view in support of me they were blocked by the website. The webhost needs to face a class action lawsuit.
