A critique of PowerPoint styles

This is not a blog has an interesting post about how people use PowerPoint.  The author gives two tips to "avoid boring your audience to tears":

  1. Speak to inform not to impress; and
  2. Keep it simple, stupid!

Various presenting styles are also discussed, including the Lessig style, pioneered by Lawrence Lessig (and having seen Lessig present I agree his style is very impressive).

Anyway, check it out here - it is a must-read for anyone who has to present with PowerPoint.
