Weatherall on Cooper

Kim Weatherall's initial analysis of Cooper v Universal Music Australia Pty Ltd is now online here under this title: "Cooper - how linking in Australia can land you in hot legal water".

Cooper is an important and potentially troubling decision on authorisation of copyright infringement in Australia and Kim's summary analysis concisely sets out the reasoning of Branson J and Kenny J and what the consequences of this decision may be.  Again, you can read Kim's initial analysis here.
