Avril Lavigne sued for Girlfriend

Avril Lavigne apparently has the second most watched video of all time on on YouTube, with her video Girlfriend, in which she sings "I Don’t Wanna Be Your Girlfriend". Now the 70s band The Rubinoos has sued her for copyright infringement because Girlfriend sounds similar to The Rubinoos’ song I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend:
