More on licensing fees for nightclubs and dance parties

Yesterday I made a reference (see here) to a decision made by the the Copyright Tribunal to approve an application to increase licensing fees for nightclubs and dance parties and suggested you check out The House of Commons for more detail.  Today Joshua Gans offers an interesting economic analysis of the Tribunal's reasoning here.
