The Australian Law Reform Commission’s report on privacy laws in Australia, For Your Information: Australian Privacy Law and Practice (ALRC 108), has been released. You can download the three-volume, 2700 page report here, or view the media release and accompanying briefing notes here.
There is a lot to digest in that report, but I am most interested in the recommendation that Australia should introduce a statutory cause of action for serious invasions of privacy. Read the briefing note relating to that recommendation here. I will try to comment on this recommendation in the next few days.
I await with great interest your comment/s relating to the proposed cause of action

Really it is an initiative that you are thinking so pensively about your country and your country people.I pray to God for your success and give you courage and strength to perform well in every field.
